Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Oviatt Penthouse in Downtown Los Angeles located at
617 S Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90014
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive no later than 5:30 pm to ensure everyone is settled in their seats before the ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 pm. Please allow time for valet parking. Those who are late will not be allowed access to the ceremony space until the ceremony has ended.
Will there be parking?
Yes! There will be complimentary valet parking available at the venue beginning at 5:00 pm. Please wait in your car directly in front of the building and an attendant will assist you. There will be sinage.
Is there a dress code?
Dress to impress! We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress attire for the evening, black tie optional. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones, we really do! However, this is stirctly an adults-only occiasion. We respectfully request no attendees under 18.
Do I have a plus one?
Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation or there will be an option when you RSVP on our website.
Will the Wedding be outdoors?
Although there is an indoor portion of the venue, the ceremony and reception will both be held outside on a rooftop in Downtown Los Angeles! We recommend bringing a light jacket.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by July 25th, 2025.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperitive we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
What if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "NO", so we can plan accordingly.
What time does the wedding start and end?
Our ceremony will take place at 6:00 pm and the reception will end at 11:30 pm.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
Cocktail hour will consist of a charcuterie table, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Our dinner will feature a pasta bar with an assortment of noodles, proteins, and sauces and there will be a dessert table in lieu of a cake .
Vegan/Vegetarian options will be available.
Will there be an open bar?
We will be serving wine, beer, 2 signature cocktails, soft drinks and water.
